Key Responsibilities- Ownership of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
- Engagement with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production Teams to understand operational requirements and provide feedback on issues or improvements.
- Develop protocols for factory tests on new equipment.
- Prepare and execute Factory Acceptance Testing protocols.
- Develop system impact assessments, protocols, and reports for system qualification and validation.
- Ensure safe operation of systems during start-up, functional testing, and qualification phases.
- Manage stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate system start-up activities.
- Conduct functional testing of systems.
- Organize and review daily tasks and track activity progress.
- Communicate and coordinate with production teams to meet H&S requirements and production targets.
- Accountable (Lead) for: Factory acceptance testing, stakeholder relationships, documentation, reporting, team communication.
- Shared Responsibilities: Document management, process improvement, supplier relations, mentoring team members, lessons learned.
- Contribute to technical design, strategy implementation, and process improvements.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in engineering and project management, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
- Experience in HVAC delivery within the data centre industry.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
