Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid Working Model)

An established Microsoft Partner in Ireland is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) Support Consultant to join their growing ERP practice. This hybrid role, based in Dublin, offers the opportunity to provide high-quality support for Business Central implementations across a varied client portfolio.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving functional and technical issues across live Business Central environments. Acting as a key link between end users and technical teams, you will play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for D365 Business Central users.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues, escalating where necessary to development or consultancy teams.
  • Maintain documentation of support cases and resolution steps using internal ticketing systems.
  • Work closely with clients to understand recurring challenges and recommend system improvements.
  • Assist with system updates, configuration changes, and user training where required.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
  • Strong understanding of functional processes within ERP (finance, supply chain, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communication with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Jira is an advantage.
  • Hybrid working from Dublin office (2–3 days per week onsite).
