This is a contract-based position for approximately 18 months.

About the Job:

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is seeking a dynamic, ambitious Senior Manager to lead a part of the Procurement Strategy and Capabilities function (Source-to-Contract) and manage a team of 2 members based in the United States. The successful candidate will drive long-term Procurement category strategy development and Procurement performance management. The role will also be accountable for driving and implementing future digital roadmap for Procurement that includes systems, processes, and technologies to optimize efficiency for Procurement and end users. The Senior Manager will manage the strategic programs including enhancements to Strategic Category Management, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Supply Resiliency, Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Diversity, and ESG initiatives working in concert with Procurement Leadership and KDP stakeholders. In addition to these capabilities, the individual will also help drive skills and competencies development across the Procurement function.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Enable effective category strategy management by managing continuous improvement of the KDP's version of the 7-step sourcing process, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Contract Lifecycle Management and Risk programs.
2. Manage the long-term Procurement strategy driven by business needs and incorporating modern technology, services, and tools to report performance and increase efficiency within Procurement and the Sourcing process.
3. Deploy the Procurement's Technology Roadmap, collaborating with key stakeholders including IT, Procurement Leadership, and other key internal and external stakeholders.
4. Lead all aspects of Procurement operations, system controls, and compliance reporting services to better support end-users, and guide the team towards maintaining a high standard of service.
5. Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in process, skills, and team engagement as a key member of KDP's Procurement Strategy & Capabilities leadership team.
6. Partner with CSR and Procurement teams on key ESG Initiatives to deliver responsible sourcing and other relevant targets during 2025-2026.
7. Partner with Strategy & Capabilities Leadership Team to provide governance over KDP's Source to Pay processes, systems, and policies while joining forces with stakeholders/internal business partners to drive harmonization, compliance, and efficiencies.

Requirements:

To excel in the role of Senior Manager of Procurement Strategy and Capabilities, you will have:

1. Experience driving and implementing the tools/technology roadmap for a Procurement Organization.
2. Preferred Experience in managing source to contract platform tools, such as Ariba.
3. Preferred Experience in supplier lifecycle management process, risk management, contract lifecycle management.
4. Preferred experience with procurement and data analytics/visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Cognos IBM).
5. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence others to achieve outstanding results.
6. Proficiency in navigating multinational organizational matrix environment.
7. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Travel:

As much as 10% of the time.
