What you need to know:
Matrix Recruitment is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Driver to join our client, an established services company based in Carlow.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive pay and excellent benefits.
You will be part of a small, close-knit team and will be responsible for driving and delivering in a safe and efficient manner.
Your New RoleKey duties and responsibilities:- Deliveries to residential and commercial customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate delivery records using company systems.
- Assist in warehouse duties when required.
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards while on the road.
- Work closely with office staff and fellow drivers as part of a small team.
- Travel to Wexford/Kilkenny depots as needed to support team coverage.
- On-call for occasional Saturday shifts (on a rotation basis).
- A valid C Class Driver's License.
- Previous driving experience is required.
- ADR Certification is desirable but not required (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and with customers.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Experience using Tanker Base Sapphire is advantageous but not essential.
