Job Description:

I'm currently looking for fluent German speakers for Administration, Social Media, Marketing, Personal Assistant, Account Manager roles.

Who we are looking for?
  • Someone who can speak fluent German

Back office roles
  • Internal system operations: Collect information from the internal system
  • Maintain internal reports based on guidelines. Ensure the reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Follow up with business owners and get commitments
  • Be organised and update internal database
Online Social Media Content Review roles
  • Ensure quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved
  • Monitor, assess, and challenge team productivity, ensuring Educators are reaching their assigned targets
  • Identify and develop ad hoc reports to identify opportunities for process improvements
Executive Assistant or EA to CEO
  • Provide high level business support to Board Directors/Senior Directors and work with your portfolio and key stakeholders to understand support requirements
  • Oversee and book travel arrangements and accommodation requirements for Directors
  • Ensure that Directors' diaries are managed correctly and optimised for success, in line with business priorities and changing demands
Media Account Manager
  • Day to day contact for all customers with committed revenue and partner with Key Account Executives on strategic growth opportunities.
  • Hunt for new revenue opportunities from within the existing customer portfolio.
  • Drive consumption of committed deals through onboarding, mid-year check ins and new user expansion.
  • Understand content gaps in the current deal structure that results in loss of share.
Digital Marketing Account Manager
  • Manage a high volume of accounts both new and existing.
  • Retain and grow revenue within your accounts
  • Establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts including entering campaign goals KPIs associated with CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, etc.
