Salary & Package: €45-55k, company vehicle, pension, bonus, healthcare, expenses
Our client is an established consultancy based in Cork and has been in operation for nearly 25 years. They have extensive experience in the design, administration and supervision of civil, structural and environmental engineering projects in the private and public sectors. Their projects include corporate, commercial, industrial, leisure, education and health related schemes.
They are currently on the lookout for Clerk of Works with Industrial/Structural/Mechanical backgrounds to work on a project for a multinational client in East Cork.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out pre-determined Standard Operating Procedures to organise the shutting down and restarting of various mechanical & electrical equipment during construction work, to establish a safe working environment.
- Create, review & issue comprehensive accurate records of procedures, method statements and work permits.
- Communicate with contractors and clients.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a manufacturing/process environment.
- Third level Qualification or equivalent relevant work experience in an industrial or mechanical trade.
- Attention to Detail.
- Meticulously organised.
- Microsoft office software and a good level of computer literacy.
