Job Description:

Do you thrive in customer-facing positions and enjoy collaborating within a diverse team? We are looking for a Car Rental Sales Agent at our Dublin Airport location, reporting to the Customer Excellence and Revenue Manager. You will be the first point of contact with the customer and will offer our clients an excellent standard of customer care. As a Car Rental Sales Agent, you will work in an environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world-class customer-facing service at every stage of the rental process. The commission scheme offers on-target earnings of €50,000 annually.

This is a shift position working a scheduled roster, with early starts and working 5/7 days between 5am-1am on a flexible basis.

Key responsibilities include providing superior customer service, driving sales of ancillary products, maintaining up-to-date customer contact information, processing transactions efficiently, preparing fleet orders, communicating with relevant departments, accurately completing contract documentation, informing customers of practical information, and adhering to all policies and safety guidelines.
