Job Title: Senior Program Manager – Transformation Programme
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days/week in office)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-impact transformation programme at a major Utilities company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program execution, senior stakeholder management, and governance, with a preference for experience in the Utilities and Customer domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of the transformation programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain robust program governance, including risk management, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders (C-suite, business leaders, vendors) to drive buy-in and accountability.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving dependencies and escalations proactively.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of transformation outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs (preferably in Utilities/Customer domains).
- Strong program governance expertise (frameworks, KPIs, reporting).
- Exceptional senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-making.
- Must be Dublin-based and available to work in the office 3+ days/week.
Nice to Have:
- Utilities/Customer operations background (billing, smart metering, digital transformation).
- PMP/Prince2, Agile certifications.
