IN A NUTSHELL

Are you meticulous and wonderfully organised in your work? Do you have exceptional problem-solving skills and thrive working on a variety of tasks? If so, you could be the perfect candidate for the Operations Specialist position at MD7 - or, as we call them,Project Control Specialist

As a Project Control Specialist (PCS), you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, full-cycle workflows for the team across various projects. The PCS contributes to our goals by collecting essential information to support the acquisition of properties. This involves detailed data entry into internal and external systems, obtaining government documents for site acquisition, and ensuring information is gathered precisely and in a timely manner. You'll enjoy a blend of administrative tasks, problem-solving, and continuous process improvement – all contributing to new site builds for our clients in the German telecommunications sector.

DAY TO DAY
  • Data management: Enter data accurately into various databases; Manage and maintain data in internal and external systems
  • Reporting and analysis: Maintain accurate and timely reports based on guidelines; identify and address any discrepancies
  • Workflow efficiency: Apply necessary workflows using internal database information; Understand and organise internal systems; Scout properties based on specific criteria
  • Information research: Submit requests to municipalities for cadastral and title deed information; Identify necessary information about prospective sites required to begin construction
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project efficiency
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Excellent spoken and written German language skills
  • Basic spoken and written English language skills
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently while also being a team player
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
