The Role:

You will handle an interesting and varied caseload of clinical negligence matters. There will also be the scope to provide input into fitness to practice cases and Statutory Inquiries.

The Candidate:

The team are keen to hear from candidates who have at least 3 years' PQE, ideally with a similar background defending medical practitioners on behalf of insurers or medical defence organisations. Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to work well within our wider Professional Indemnity and Commercial practice area and will share the firm's values of teamwork and client focus.
