Job Title: Social Care Professional

Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service in Roscommon, Leitrim, Cavan, Galway, and Sligo, supporting young people in a residential service. We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to the young people, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area
  2. Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
  3. Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care
  4. Working Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
  5. Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures
  6. Full Clean Manual Driving License

Successful candidates will have an opportunity for professional growth and to be a part of an energetic and hard-working team who provide an emotionally and psychologically safe place in which young people can heal, develop and move forward with their lives.
