We currently wish to recruit a talented and dynamic Junior Business Manager for Maternity Cover to join our team in our M50 showrooms. This is an exciting time to join the sales team as our brands move towards electrification and our model range continues to grow.

Reporting to the Business Manager and General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the management of items relating to finance and insurance product sales. You will be expected to drive profitability, meet or exceed performance targets and deliver excellent customer service.

You will have a proven track record of achievement, preferable with retail motor industry experience, and be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of finance and insurance products. This is maternity cover position with genuine opportunity for career progression in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities.

• To be responsible for the sale of finance and insurance products to the customer following qualification from the Sales Team.
• Assist the dealership in effectively prospecting for new business.
• Accurately complete all relevant documentation to the required legal standards and those of the Financial Services provider.
• Complete and keep accurate records of car sales and F & I performance, including receipt of all payments due.
• Ensure relationships with other sources of finance are established to handle business which may not be acceptable to another provider.
• Act with honesty, integrity and professionalism in all dealings and transactions with our customers.
• Understanding all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate information is given when negotiating a sale.
• Monitoring finance performance against budget; identifying and addressing shortfalls.
• Assisting management in planning, forecasting trends, and revising plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis.
• Logging all activity to monitor performance, measure outcomes and provide regular feedback to the General Manager.

Qualifications and skills

• Experience within the motor industry is preferable.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills.
• You can demonstrate a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance, regarding the sale of finance and insurance products.
• You will also be a well-organised individual who is process orientated whilst also taking a hands-on approach.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to achieve desired results.
• On the path to achieving QFA qualification.
• Proven ability to work to high standards.
• Strong IT and administration skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Hold a full, clean and valid Irish driver's license.
