OverviewEnglish 1 (formerly EF English First) is seeking recent graduates or career changers interested in teaching English abroad in China. This entry-level opportunity offers professional growth, cultural immersion, and the chance to make a meaningful impact as an English teacher.
Responsibilities- Teach English to children aged 3-16.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons using multimedia technology and curriculum.
- Evaluate student progress and provide guidance.
- Participate in social activities to enhance language learning in a fun environment.
- Competitive salary plus performance bonus after 6 months.
- 10 days paid leave and 11 statutory holidays.
- International health insurance (co-paid).
- Sponsored flight to China (select cities) and airport pickup.
- Legal Z work visa sponsorship and up to 2 weeks hotel stay.

- No teaching experience required; willingness to learn and grow.
