The Ashling Hotel has an exciting opportunity to join our Food & Beverage team

Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will provide a welcoming and friendly experience to all our guests.

General Duties

  • To be pleasant and courteous at all times to guests, management and colleagues.
  • To ensure guests requirements are carried out efficiently.
  • To ensure all tables are adequately looked after
  • To answer guest and staff questions on menus and allergens.
  • To ensure that all food is being delivered from the kitchen in a timely fashion
  • To have a good knowledge of the days business.
  • To have full knowledge of all departments opening and closing times.

Key Requirements
  • Flexibility with working hours is essential
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • 2-3 years experience in a hospitality background
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Micros Experience would be preferable.
