Role Title: Retail Sales Assistant
We are looking for customer focused and target driven retail professionals to join our team. You will strive to ensure customers are assisted with their product needs in a friendly and simple manner. A focus on sales and clear concise communication is essential to be successful in this role. Our aim is to provide our customers with the best experience possible. As a part of this team, you will be responsible for bringing eir's purpose of connecting for a better Ireland to life.

Responsibilities- Ensure customers feel supported while their queries are being resolved and proactively update them where required.
- Understand customer needs and provide them with relevant mobile solutions.
- Meet individual and team targets and objectives.
- Assist store manager in duties and perform administrative tasks – stock control, cash management, data entry.
- Be aware of and implement current and new policies and procedures.
- Stay up to date with eir mobile and broadband packages versus competitors.
- Develop sales techniques with support from management and your team.
- Excellent listening and communication skills with a diverse customer base.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills to grow.
- Ambitious and thrives in a results-driven environment.
- People-oriented with a focus on helping others and upselling.
- Ability to communicate simply and clearly to invoke trust.
- Keen interest in mobile phones.
- 0-2 years retail or sales experience is desirable; relevant life experience will be considered.
- Earn up to €27,473.00 per year basic salary.
- On average an extra €13,269 based on targets, commission and sales bonus.
- Refer a friend bonus up to €500.
