Overview

Senior User Experience Designer role at Logitech. Location: Cork, Ireland or Helsinki, Finland. Hybrid work: 2 days on site (minimum).

The Team and the Role

Are you passionate about creating user experiences that bridge hardware and software? The Logitech MX Design Team is seeking a Senior UX Designer to design seamless, innovative experiences for our premium product lineup. You will collaborate with MX designers, business groups and engineers to design award‑winning products and experiences. This role reports to the MX Head of Design within the Creative & Design organization.

Your Contribution
  • Conceptualize and craft intuitive experiences that connect our advanced hardware with companion software.
  • Seamlessly integrate physical and digital touchpoints to deliver cohesive user workflows.
  • Be driven by curiosity and connect design work with user insights to image future experiences.
  • Stay aware of the industry landscape, including user, market, and technology research, to ground needs and opportunities.
  • Advocate for target audiences in all points of the product design process to ensure experiences meet user needs and expectations.
  • Drive iterative design processes to achieve world‑class outcomes quickly.
  • Partner with Industrial Designers, Engineers and Product Managers to unify hardware and software priorities.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Logitech's design systems for consistency across the hardware/software ecosystem.

  • Quick to fail by building concepts and testing them along the way.
  • Skilled at crafting beautiful details while keeping the big picture in mind, and vice versa.
  • Active participant in all phases of the design thinking process from conceptual to strategic to tactical to implementation.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong portfolio showing design solutions that integrate software and hardware.
  • Passionate design thinker and craftsperson.
  • Well‑versed in user‑centered design methods in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Understand latest development tools, technologies, and processes and apply them as needed.
  • Proficient in concept generation, visualization, and rapid prototyping.
  • Proactive self‑starter with strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
