Overview

Trade-In Operator role at Fónua

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a challenging and growing sector of our business. The successful candidate will be positioned within the trade-in and circular economy operations team and will work on supporting the business by handling and processing pre-owned devices for repurpose.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support for handling and processing stock lines, typically mobile handsets, on trade-in management software.
  • Visually inspect and grade mobile devices as per company information.
  • Use multiple software packages to data cleanse and test mobile devices.
  • Process, list and document device information for recycling purposes.
  • Pack devices and create sales lists.
  • Partaking in stock takes when required.
  • Report issues/variances immediately to management.
RequirementsEssential Skills
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure within a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail; able to learn quickly when facing a new challenge and developing new skills.
  • Open to change; actively pursues different means to find solutions.
  • Has time management skills; uses time effectively and efficiently.
  • Is results focused and action oriented; can be counted on to exceed goals.
