Post Summary

The Finance Officer will play a critical role in the effective management and oversight of the School's financial operations, ensuring robust, compliant, and transparent financial administration in line with College policies and procedures. Reporting directly to the School Manager, the Finance Officer will provide specialist support in procurement, expenses processing, budget monitoring, and financial reporting, working closely with academic and administrative colleagues across the School and with central College services. The Finance Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of financial systems and processes, acting as a point of contact for day-to-day financial matters in the School.

Post status: Permanent

Hours of Post: 35 hours per week

Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 3 Salary Scale (€46,410- €58,086 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. )
