Overview

Electrical Package Manager required to join one of Europe's leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a Data Centre project in Finland.

Salary and Benefits
  • Salary package €115,000 to €125,000 DOE
  • Accommodation and utility bills provided
  • 3 Weeks on and 1 Week off rotation
  • Flights back to your home country on rotation
  • In country transport provided
  • 25 Days annual leave
  • Pension (approx. 25% combined employee and employer contribution)
  • 32% flat tax scheme available (subject to eligibility)
Duties
  • Lead the Electrical Systems package, managing schedule, cost, subcontractors, materials, and daily site operations.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance, driving a strong QHSE culture and enforcing company standards.
  • Deliver progress, cost, and risk reporting while supporting full project closeout, documentation, and handover.
Requirements
  • Degree in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering or relevant Electrical trade background.
  • 5 Years+ experience as an Electrical Supervisor/Engineer/ Package Manager.
  • Must have worked with an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK.
