What We Need: We are seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our award-winning global creative team in Dublin. You will work on design projects for our Games portfolio – NBA2K, WWE2K, PGA2K, Borderlands, Civilization, and others.

The ideal candidate has top-class graphic design skills, is highly familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), and knows how to create design templates and utilize smart objects. A hunger to learn new art and visual techniques and styles is essential.

You should have at least 2 years of experience in the creative industry—whether freelance, client-side, at a production company, or in a creative agency.

You will design across various platforms, including digital (TikTok, IG, web banners) and physical/print design. Responsibilities include logo design, style guides, sales campaigns, presentations, and resizing tasks.

We operate in a fast-paced environment. You must juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high artistic standards. Collaboration and communication skills are vital, as you will work closely with team members and pitch ideas enthusiastically.

What You'll Do:

• Stay updated with the latest marketing creative concepts to bring innovative ideas and visuals.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Interpret design briefs and develop effective visual solutions.
• Create marketing and advertising materials following briefs, templates, and style guides.
• Design assets, logos, and layouts for digital and print media, including social media.
• Ensure efficient design processes through collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with marketing, brand, and operations teams globally.
