Cpl Recruitment is partnering with an innovative organization to hire a talented Senior UI/UX Designer. If you excel at designing software and platforms that meet client needs this could be the role for you.

Position Overview:

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will create user-centered designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. You will work to understand needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement UI/UX design strategies for software and platforms.
  • Conduct user research, user testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Balsamiq.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and mobile-first, providing a seamless user experience across devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals.
  • Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • BA/BS in Graphic Design, Architecture, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. Relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Strong understanding of UX design best practices and principles, including usability and accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Deep knowledge of user-centered design, including planning and conducting user research and testing.
  • Experience in integrating multiple channels, services, and products into a cohesive user experience.
