We are looking for ambitious and motivated candidates withexcellent people management skills who will be responsible for leadingteams of up to 45 people to deliver stocktakes for our retailcustomers.

We partner with top Irish retailers including Tesco, Dunne's,Supervalu, Dealz and Arnott's. While you may not heard ofStocktaking.ie, you will definitely have shopped with ourcustomers. Now's your chance to play a key role behind the scenessupporting these major brands

As a Count Manager for Stocktaking.ie, you will share our passionfor delivering outstanding service to our customers and ensuring theaccuracy and integrity of the data we deliver to them. Our dedicatedCount Manager training program will give you all the knowledge youneed to operate our systems and will empower you to manage our teamsof fantastic people to achieve these goals.

Requirements

Essential Skills andExperience

· Previous experience in a supervisory or management role

· A flexible approach to working including the ability to workshifts at a variety of times and locations

· Full driving licence and access to own vehicle

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal withinternal and external stakeholders including senior managers

  • The opportunity to earn up to€16.80 (with further additional night shift rate for certaincustomer events)
  • Starting hourly rate €14.80
  • Up to €2 per hour bonus forhitting targets
  • Additional payments for travel events
  • Up to 28 days paidholiday per year
  • Company transport from central meet pointsprovided for non-drivers
  • Guaranteed hours contract for minimum 25hours per week, dependant on availability
