About Us

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate set in 21 acres of Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion, originally built in 1764, is part of the TMR Hotel Collection under Windward Management, offering opportunities for growth in hospitality careers.

Role & Responsibilities

All team members provide exceptional guest service to exceed service standards. Your role will include:

  • Provide efficient, prompt, courteous service while serving and setting tables
  • Set tables as needed prior to guest arrival
  • Ensure mise-en-place is correct and ready for service for each shift
  • Be flexible and adapt to a busy environment
Requirements
About The Role
  • Available to work a mixture of morning and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Proven track record of working as part of a successful team
  • Availability to work a minimum of three days per week
