We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to oversee the broader catering operations at a new contract in the education sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the food experience for students and staff in a full-time position, based in Dublin City Centre, Co. Dublin.

Responsibilities:


• Lead daily catering operations, ensuring top-tier food and service delivery


• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact


• Drive food innovation and service enhancements


• Monitor financial performance and produce monthly reports


• Maximize revenue through strategic purchasing and marketing


• Manage and develop a high-performing team


• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards


• Handle HR responsibilities including training, appraisals, and performance management


• Work closely with the Operations Director to identify growth opportunities and support sales initiatives


• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Our ideal Catering Manager will have:


• Proven experience in catering or hospitality management, ideally within the education sector


• Strong leadership and team development skills


• Excellent communication and client relationship management


• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and reporting


• Creativity and passion for food innovation
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations including COSHH and HACCP


• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
