Join an expanding team with a growing company based in Ballina, Co Tipperary. This role involves weekend work, depending on requirements, or every other weekend.

Qualifications:

  • One Touch Experience Preferred
  • Office Administration

A Client Care Coordinator ensures clients receive high-quality care by coordinating services, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with clients, care teams, and healthcare professionals. They also maintain accurate records, handle inquiries, and may assist with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Managing client care schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage, and adjusting schedules as needed.
  • Communication: Acting as a liaison between clients, their families, care team members, and healthcare professionals.
  • Client Support: Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing support and guidance.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and care plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitoring client care delivery to ensure high standards of care.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assisting with data entry, filing, report generation, and other administrative duties.

Skills and Experience required include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and maintain accurate records.
  • Problem-solving abilities to assess situations, identify issues, and implement solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Prior healthcare experience or working with individuals in need of care is preferred.
