Overview

We are seeking an experienced UAT Lead with strong SAP expertise to drive and manage User Acceptance Testing across SAP modules. The ideal candidate will bridge between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and QA teams to ensure the solution meets business needs and is ready for production.

Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, design, and execution of UAT cycles in SAP environments.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and QA teams to define acceptance criteria and test scope.
  • Develop and implement test strategy for SAP projects; ensure traceability to business requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track defects; drive issue resolution and retesting.
  • Mentor and guide test teams and business testers; ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in managing UAT cycles, preferably in large-scale SAP programs.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP.
  • Proven ability to define test strategy, scope, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and drive resolutions.
  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Test Lead in SAP projects is highly desirable.
