OverviewCore Creative is a team of specialists focused on bringing brilliant creative solutions to life. The team partners with other Core Practices to help our clients build their brands into tangible business results. This role assumes responsibility for the management of client accounts and all facets of client service and of the delivery of the Creative Practice services in an efficient and effective manner.
Responsibilities / KPI's- Project & Client Management: Oversee day-to-day delivery of projects from concept to production, manage client relationships, and act as lead for smaller accounts or briefs.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, profitability, billing, invoicing, purchase orders, forecasting, and aged debt to ensure accurate, timely financial administration.
- Creative & Strategic Input: Support and contribute to briefs, strategy, and creative sessions, ensuring high-quality output that meets client operational requirements.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities with existing and potential clients, assist with new business activities, and maintain awareness of account growth potential.
- Team & Culture Building: Drive positive culture, collaborate with colleagues, attend and complete training, and actively pursue personal and professional development goals.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' previous Creative Agency experience with proven track record
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in managing large scale, complex creative campaigns is essential
- Previous experience with relevant marketing tools
- Ability to write comprehensive and insightful briefs
- Be energetic and efficient in approach
- Actively display a passion for the industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Show curiosity in learning new things at a fast pace every day
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across Core, clients and media owners.
