Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Project Specialist, Architectural Technology (Graduate Architectural Technologist) to join the firm in our Dublin office. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting on full life cycle projects
  • Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
  • Translating concepts and information into images
  • Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
  • Assisting with contract administration responsibilities
  • Coordinating with a variety of consultants
Qualifications

Qualified candidates should exhibit strong planning and organisational skills and be able to collaborate in a diverse project team. Strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and communication skills are also desired. Candidates should be familiar with coordinating project deliverables and clients.

An accredited degree in Architectural Technology is required, along with AutoCAD and Revit proficiency. Experience with other 3D software preferred. Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required.
