Overview

Role: Sales Assistant for our Wellness Department

Location: Kilkenny Design, Swords, Co. Dublin.

Contract: Part-time, permanent.

Hours: Part-time hours, with the ability to flex up to cover busy periods/holidays.

Hours rostered: Monday to Sunday.

Availability: Ability to work weekdays as well as weekends is essential.

About You

Are you passionate about wellness and customer service. We're looking for a friendly sales assistant to join our Wellness Department. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for our values and the Kilkenny brand.

Responsibilities
  • Have great communication and organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly and ensuring general store standards and stock replenishment are carried out/maintained.
  • Help customers find wellness products that suit their needs. Stay informed about products to offer helpful recommendations.
  • Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Maximise the sales potential of your area and enjoy the thrill of achieving sales targets.
