Site Manager – Residential Housing

Location:Tullamore, Co. Offaly

Salary:€100,000 – €120,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established property development company with a strong track record in delivering high-quality residential housing across Ireland. With a development pipeline spanning several years, they are committed to creating practical, modern homes that balance functionality and design.

As Site Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day site operations on a large-scale, multi-phase housing scheme. The project includes a diverse mix of unit types and will be delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all on-site activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with design, specifications, and health & safety standards
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Design team to manage progress, quality, and costs
  • Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
  • Drive a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement on site

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and site management best practices
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Full driving licence required
