Job Title: Social Care Workers

Job Location: Vacancies in Kildare, Laois, Offaly & Westmeath

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Person In Charge to ensure high quality care in accordance with HIQA standards as required to support strong governance of Designated Centre(s).
  2. Ensure that service users receive the highest quality standards of education, training, development and care in accordance with the organisations policies.
  3. Perform any task required that contributes to the safety, health and well-being of the service users.
Criteria:
  1. Level 7 Degree in Social Care (In Progress).
  2. Experience of working with people with complex needs in a variety of different situations.
  3. Must have knowledge of all relevant legislation and HIQA standards and a proven ability to implement same.
  4. Excellent IT skills and report writing skills.
  5. High level of flexibility.
  6. Full Clean Driving License.
Minimum Requirements:

Essential: Minimum QQI Level 7 In Social/Health Care.

Desirable: Experience working with Children with Intellectual & Physical Disabilities.

Salary:

Depending on Education & Experience, Range of Annual Salary from €32,489.60 to €40,788.80 excluding Premium's.
