Dromoland Castle Resort, one of Ireland's most prestigious five star hotels, is recruiting for an experienced Spa Therapist. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a 4* or 5* property. You must be passionate about people, about maintaining and driving standards and providing superb guest service. The Castle Spa at Dromoland promises restful therapies, soothing treatments, and invigorating beauty rituals, all inspired by one of Dromoland Castle's most revered guardians, Lady Ethel.

Overview Of The Role
  • Working schedule is from Monday to Sunday along with a variety of shifts available; however, due to the nature of our business, flexibility is required.
  • To carry out all treatments and services on the spa menu.
  • Ensuring the guest receives a memorable spa experience.
  • To carry out in-depth consultations with the guests and give bespoke product recommendations and upsell treatments and products.
  • Maintaining Spa standards at all times.
  • 4 week rolling rota (You can plan your work/life balance).
  • Retail and Treatment commission based on targets being achieved.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified with an ITEC or CIDESCO qualification.
  • A minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience specifically trained in facials and massages.
  • Must be guest-focused, friendly with excellent communication skills.
  • Must present a professional image.
  • Must be well organized.
  • Fluency in the English language, both verbal and written, is essential.
