Job Description

This is a great opportunity to work for a global rail company. We are seeking several Rolling Stock Test & Commissioning Engineers for an exciting and long-term project.

Accountabilities:

  • Implement standard processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure test efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve warranty-related issues, providing technical support under specific contract agreements.
  • Design and implement new wiring installations and system modifications.
  • Analyze and correct test specifications and related documentation for functional testing procedures.
  • Execute specialized processes such as crimping and torque tightening with precision.
  • Independently conduct functional testing of train-borne systems using various diagnostic methods, including computer-based tools.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in rail vehicle testing & commissioning, validation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Electrical-biased qualifications are essential.
  • Knowledge and experience testing various systems and subsystems of rolling stock vehicles.
  • Health & Safety consciousness.
  • Fault finding and diagnosing during testing processes.
