• 107 stylish guestrooms and suites and 26 self-catering Residences.
• Landscaped Victorian sunken gardens and Woodlands overlooking the port of Cork and the city.
• Cameo Cinema – our private in-house 50-seater cinema offering nightly movies complimentary for all guests.
• The Gallery Suite – a private meeting and banqueting suite for up to 60 guests.

We are now looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow agreed Brand Standards for service of Food & Beverage.
• Craft drinks requested as per Department Standards.
• Build rapport with guests and upsell where possible.
• Maintain budgeted Beverage Cost/GP.
• Serve all guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
• Ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar and restaurant.
• Greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ensure the correct uniform is worn at all times and staff are presentable according to grooming standards in the staff handbook.
• Deal with customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Notify management of any complaints or incidents at the time they occur.
