Fitness Instructor & Leisure Club Assistant – The Maldron Hotel Limerick

We have a fantastic new vacancy for Fitness Instructor & Leisure Club Assistant in the excellent Maldron Hotel Limerick.

Objective of the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Fitness Instructor will be responsible for overseeing the member and guest experiences of our fitness and leisure offering.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Conduct fitness assessments and develop training programmes for members and guests.
  2. Teach classes.
  3. Sell/upsell membership to ClubVitae.
  4. Ensure that the fitness and leisure facilities are safe at all times.
  5. Provide help and guidance to members and guests.

Requirements:

  1. NCEF qualification or the equivalent is essential.
  2. Pool/lifeguard certification and First Aid is desirable.
  3. Good communication skills and fluency in English.
  4. Friendly and outgoing.
  5. Ability to work as part of a team and a desire to progress in your career.
  6. Les Mills qualifications would be an advantage.
  7. Swim teacher qualification would be an advantage.
  8. Pool Plant qualification would be an advantage.
