MEP Quantity Surveyor (Switzerland)

MEP Quantity Surveyor required for one of Irelands largest M&E contractors for a role in Switzerland on a Data Centre. You will manage and oversee the financial and contractual aspects of the project, reporting to the projects Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer to the Commercial Manager
Provide guidance on contractual issues, both broadly and at the project level
Administer subcontract packages and manage payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Seek ways to increase revenue and minimise costs
Conduct internal valuations and prepare cost reports
Monitor and report on budgets and variations
Negotiate and finalize subcontractor agreements

Qualifications:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field
2 years' + experience in construction Quantity Surveying
Strong knowledge of Mechanical Systems or Electrical Systems
Commercial / Residential construction experience or similar
Salary €90k – 100k DOE
Allowances in addition to salary
Accommodation & Utility bills
Regular return flights
Pension Contribution
