About your new job: We're hiring a Production Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day manufacturing operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and making a visible impact on output, efficiency, and team culture.

Key Responsibilities as a Production Supervisor

  • Plan and coordinate production to meet daily and weekly targets
  • Identify and fix bottlenecks through smarter processes and team input
  • Track key performance indicators and use them to drive improvements
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of 20+ operators and team leads
  • Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met
  • Support ongoing changes and new systems with strong communication

What skill/experience you need as a Production Supervisor

  • 5+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership of teams and experience managing shift performance
  • Familiar with Lean or Six Sigma tools and process improvement methods
  • Comfortable working with production data and ERP/MRP systems
  • Hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with strong people skills
