Due to an internal promotion, we now have an exciting opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen team at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Cork.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in your section

  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu creation and development

  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation

  • Managing stock control and minimising waste

  • Supporting the training and development of junior team members

  • Working collaboratively to ensure smooth kitchen operations

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen

  • Passion for food and commitment to excellence

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure

  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
