Job Description:

Dromoland Castle, one of Ireland's most iconic luxury hotels, is currently seeking a friendly, efficient, and guest-focused Full Time Morning Breakfast Server to join our exceptional Food & Beverage team. This is a role working 5 over 7 mornings Monday to Sunday, and is an ideal opportunity for hospitality professionals seeking a stable and structured morning role in a world-class setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shifts vary from 06:30am to 12:30pm, 07:00am to 1:00pm.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive breakfast service.
• Maintain and replenish the breakfast buffet to high standards.
• Serve hot food from the kitchen with efficiency and courtesy.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly.
• Support the wider F&B team with additional tasks as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ year experience in a similar food & beverage role.
• Warm, personable, and guest-oriented.
• Organised, efficient, and able to handle busy morning services.
• Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail
