Virtue Integrated Care is hiring for a Catering / Kitchen Porter role. This is a full-time position with a permanent contract; flexible full-time or part-time arrangements may apply.

We seek a dedicated Catering / Kitchen Porter to join our nursing home team in delivering safe, hygienic, and high-quality food service to Residents.

Responsibilities
  • Food preparation tasks
  • Hygiene and cleanliness of food preparation areas
  • Food serving and basic cleaning tasks
  • Organise food preparation areas and adhere to all food safety procedures
  • Ensure facilities are replenished and tidy during service
  • Support service to Residents in a timely and professional fashion
  • Follow HACCP standards and procedures
  • Be approachable and customer service oriented
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Essential Criteria
  • EU Citizenship
  • Previous catering experience
  • Strong customer service skills, awareness and sensitivity towards Residents
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • HACCP training would be a distinct advantage
  • Flexible working hours
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
