• Prepare and present meals to high standards in accordance with Sodexo's and client's expectations
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and storage areas in line with food safety and HACCP regulations
• Follow proper allergen labelling procedures and food storage protocols
• Carry out scheduled and end-of-day cleaning tasks, ensuring all equipment is switched off and sanitised
• Ensure compliance with company and legal food hygiene, health and safety standards
• Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for clients, team members, and delivery personnel

• Previous chef experience in a similar food service or healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of food hygiene, allergen awareness, and HACCP procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time efficiently
• A proactive attitude towards cleanliness, organisation, and kitchen safety
• Willingness to complete mandatory company training within set timeframes
• A professional appearance, high standard of personal hygiene, and commitment to wearing the full Sodexo uniform
