What We're Looking For

Education & Knowledge
  • A degree (or equivalent) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
  • A basic understanding of networking, operating systems, or cloud computing.
  • Aware of concepts like malware, phishing, vulnerabilities, and risk management.
Mindset & Attitude
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and stay ahead of evolving threats.
  • Problem-solving mindset; view challenges as opportunities to innovate.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments and with new technologies.
  • Integrity and accountability; security is built on trust.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Team player willing to learn from colleagues and share knowledge.
  • Clear communicator, able to explain technical findings to non-technical people.
  • Proactive learner, asks questions, seeks feedback, and takes initiative.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Haves, Not Must-Haves)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft, AWS, or Azure cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to security tools (SIEM, firewalls, endpoint detection, vulnerability scanners).
  • Any hands-on labs, projects, or certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Fundamentals).
