Registrar in Paediatric Medicine (Incl. Medical Sub-Specialties/Paediatric EM/Neonatology) – January 2026

Children's Health Ireland (CHI) invites applications for Registrar posts in Paediatric Medicine, including Paediatric Emergency Medicine, Neonatology and a wide range of Medical Sub-Specialties, commencing Monday, 12th January 2026.

This is a unique opportunity to join Ireland's leading specialist children's hospital group, where you will gain experience across multiple paediatric disciplines, work with expert teams, and contribute to shaping the future of children's healthcare.

Essential Requirements
  • At least 18 months of Paediatric experience
  • IMC Registration
  • APLS Certification
  • EM Trainees – at least 18 months of Emergency Medicine experience, with at least 6 months PEM or Paediatric experience

You will be required to provide contact details for two referees, one of whom must be your current medical supervisor.
