Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Arcadis DPS is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our expanding team in Citywest, Dublin. Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with department managers across various disciplines, including:

  • Process Design, Automation, and Project Management
  • Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
  • Procurement
  • Health & Safety
  • Civil, Structural & Architectural Engineering

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and attracting suitably qualified candidates for technical positions.
  • Database Management: Maintaining and updating the candidate database to ensure accurate records.
  • Recruitment Campaigns: Supporting specialist recruitment initiatives, including service site secondments for existing client accounts.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process: Managing the recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to interview and offer stages.
  • Contract Negotiations: Finalising candidate contracts and onboarding arrangements.
  • Team Mobilisation: Assisting in managing rapid engineering team mobilisation projects for client accounts.
Key Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven background in sourcing candidates for a variety of technical positions.
  • Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with, or experience in, the pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment while meeting targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with excellent commercial awareness.
