Purpose of the Post:
The ADM Social Work Team Leader will be responsible for implementing and supporting agreed programmes and projects in relation to the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015, human rights and equality across services within Dublin North City & County.

They will also play a significant role in supporting the implementation of other human rights and equality issues including the HSE National Consent Policy, Advance Healthcare Directives, DNA-CPR and Universal Access for People with Disabilities.

The purpose of the post is to provide social work expertise and input to support the management and implementation of agreed programmes and projects and ensure that they are evidence based and delivered to cost, time and quality requirements through the application of the required standards, frameworks, tools, and processes.
