Overview

Paving and Walling - Dunboyne, Co.Meath. Our Paving & Walling business is a high-performance and profitable business unit supporting both our Irish and UK-based customers. We manufacture and retail a complete range of premium quality paving and walling products with best-in-class expertise and experience, underpinned by technologically advanced facilities. We are seeking a Maintenance Storeroom Supervisor to join our Paving and Walling Maintenance team. The core function of this role will be to coordinate all stock and procurement, and maintenance parts for the Clonee factories.

Responsibilities
  • Help to create and manage the day-to-day running of the New Maintenance store.
  • Procurement of all raw materials and spare parts in line with pre-determined budgets.
  • Managing all parts and inventory in and out
  • Work closely with the Maintenance manager & with Suppliers, Budgets and service of all maintenance-related items
  • Develop and own a parts system/list per supplier for the business's requirements based on a min/max inventory threshold
  • Complete all invoicing related to Maintenance parts and services
  • Preparing for Quarterly planned maintenance events
  • Playing a vital part in the overall Maintenance team
Skills Required
  • 4+ years procurement and vendor management experience is key
  • General understanding of maintenance functions in a manufacturing business
  • Experience in ERP-based parts inventory systems and platforms
  • Manufacturing or engineering experience is a bonus
