A Quality Inspector / Auditor is required for our Cork based electronics manufacturing client. The role reports to the Quality Manager and will carry out inspection and auditing duties within the company. 12 month contract with full benefits.

ROLE:
  1. Inspecting products and associated documentation to applicable standards, specifications, and procedures.
  2. Documenting inspection results including communication of non conformances.
  3. Releasing products for customer shipments including creating certificate of conformance and compiling required documentation for the customer.
  4. Filing and archiving records as defined by operating procedures.
  5. Supporting Production Team Leaders in ensuring that priorities are completed.
  6. Support Improvement Team activities – e.g., LEAN, 5S activities.
  7. Assisting other Quality Auditors as needed by the business.
  8. Assisting Operators and Test Technicians as needed by the business.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Working experience from electronics manufacturing industries and relevant inspection standards – e.g., IPC-A-610.
  2. Ability to interpret technical drawings and operating procedures.
  3. Good Communication skills.
