Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Director to lead our client's quality strategy, ensuring compliance, optimizing processes, and fostering continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO) and manage audits.
- Oversee quality control systems and performance monitoring.
- Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Manage supplier quality and conduct supplier audits.
- Lead and develop a high-performing quality team.
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: Senior quality leadership experience, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Certifications: CQM, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or CQA preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
