What Will My Day To Day Be Like
  • Work as part of a team to coordinate workload and achieve set goals.
  • Accurately enter data into various software programs.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors using quality control methods.
  • Perform tasks such as ordering office supplies and filing documents.
  • Manage and organize records and files.
  • Prepare relevant reports as needed.
  • Answer phones and handle queries professionally.
  • Deal with customers and suppliers.
  • Provide general data entry support across teams on an ad-hoc basis.
What Skills And Experience Is Required
  • 2 years of office experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Comfortable with office equipment including computers, telephones, scanners, calculators, and photocopiers.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think analytically.
