Role overview

This cross-functional Paralegal role supports both our Privacy and Legal teams, with a 50/50 split of responsibilities. You will assist with reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements—including Data Protection Agreements—while also supporting global privacy operations and compliance projects.

How you'll make an impact ?Draft, review, revise, and support negotiation of a broad range of commercial contracts, including:Data processing agreementsMarketing, influencer, public relations, and advertising purchase agreementsSaaS, technology, analytics, research, and development agreementsPayments, licensing, product integration, and eventsRecruiting, consulting, and other general vendor agreementsHelp maintain templates, playbooks, and contract lifecycle workflowsReview new laws, regulations and decisions, and prepare briefings for the teamProvide administrative and project support to global Privacy program operations.We could be a match if :You have a law degree from a top accredited university and/or a privacy certification (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM) and/or paralegal training2–4 years of experience in a legal role (in-house or at a firm), ideally with exposure to both contracts and privacy/data protection.Fluency in French is a strong plus.You are digitally literate, preferably with a proficiency in Google WorkspaceYou are comfortable with and interested in applying AI tools in your everyday work, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Zoom AI Companion to automate repetitive tasks and improve output quality such as in drafting documents, generating structured outputs and improving workflowsStrong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills, with exceptional attention to detail.A collaborative, pragmatic, and proactive approach to working with internal stakeholders.A growth mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, global environment.What's the team like ?You'll join a global Privacy & Legal team that values collaboration, initiative, and real-world impact.
